Tabanca

Are you experiencing a break-up or serious tabanca? Well I am :(. Boy or girl, when you get your heart broken it will most likely hurt!
However, you realize that at the end of the day that life will continue and you are expected to move on although it seems like torture to try because it is/ was someone who you love/ loved.

My ways of handling aren't the best but it works for me :) and here they are:
1. Avoid depressing music (It doesn't work! It only makes you sadder)
Currently, I'm drowning my mind with Kid Cudi, especially "Heart of a Lion", and B.O.B. They seem like realistic people and right now, I need reality.

2. Spend time with your friends and family (They are sweethearts and they love you).

3. Try something new!
Sigh, I just picked up tennis and I am really terrible at it. Next is boxing.

4. Do the things you love :).
If you like to dance, try to. If you're a movie person, watch your favourite movie, I did and I recommend to every sad soul out there to watch "Music and Lyrics". It has everything a movie needs (for a girl lol) : humour, sarcasm, romance, a conflict, sadness, happiness and great songs!

5. Lastly, you must cry.
Don't bother thinking about what you did wrong. Just cry and then tell yourself that they missed out on something great :)

Remember that as each day progresses, the next day will get better.
