Trend Report: Fringe

Fringing on garments, handbags and accessories was a major trend of 2010. As most of you should know, some trends appeal to customers more than others. It appeals to them so much that designers continue to make that trend a feature in their various collections which is why Fringe is still very prominent in 2011.
On my NYC trip in April, I noticed that the fringe trend on handbags was elevated by using chains instead of the regular leather. I even snatched myself a BCBG one from Burlington Coat factory :) (love that place).
